JTK Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs processing. Once your order is shipped, we are not liable for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. We recommend customers track their shipments and contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance with delivery issues.

• Domestic Shipping: Rates vary based on location, shipping speed, and order weight. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

• International Shipping: Shipping rates and delivery timelines depend on the destination country and selected service. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their country.

5. Tracking Your Order

6. Service Interruptions and Delays
JTK Apparel strives to meet all delivery timelines; however, delays may occur due to:

• Adverse weather conditions

• Carrier service interruptions

• Customs processing delays (for international orders)

• Local holidays in the destination country

In such cases, we appreciate your patience and recommend contacting the carrier for updates.

7. Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, or refusal to pay customs fees, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees. If a refund is requested, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

9. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
JTK Apparel is not liable for lost or stolen packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will assess the situation and provide a replacement or store credit as appropriate.

10. Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, we cannot guarantee changes, as the order may already be in production or processing.
